We got inspired, please come and experience us!!

After our Organisation, ROI Foundation, made a decision to provide “Sasta” (Economical), “Swachha” (Hygienic)  and “Swadisht” (Tasty) food to the Mumbaikars, especially during the present Covid-19 pandemic period, the concept of “Uttam Aahar” food outlet started taking shape, step-by-step.

Our landlord, was generous enough to hand over the shop with an assurance to be by our side throughout our journey, what else we could have asked for to begin with!!

Now, there was an uphill task of transforming and reshaping the outlet according to our requirement. We must appreciate the work which the mason, carpenter, electrician, plumber, the signage designer and other vendors performed. Their contribution is all the more appreciable because we had just conveyed them our idea, and they executed it perfectly and that also in our absence with complete ownership. The building security guards helped us all the way as if it was their own personal work.

Our idea received a lot of support from different licencing departments, whom we promised to follow each and every rules and regulations very sincerely.

We did a personal contact with the people in the locality. They very much liked our idea of providing quality food at a very reasonable and challenging rate. A lot of local auto drivers were so delighted and excited that they offered to volunteer themselves on Opening Day, 14th January 2021. The moral support we are receiving for our food outlet is enormous, touching and encouraging.

We also appreciate our team members. They very well know that they are not associated with a normal food outlet but they are ambassadors of our Noble Project, the idea of serving people who are short of money.

Now, we take the challenge to satisfy our honourable customers, vendors and people associated with our project to make a real and lasting Uttam Aahar. We believe in closer and continuous relationship with one and all associated with us.
